Instructions to prepare Camera ready submission

 

Camera ready paper should be ready by 
*** 16th January 2017 16:00 BST [STRICT] ***  

 

Full papers/reproducible IR track papers must not exceed 12 pages, short papers must not exceed 6 pages, and demonstration papers must not exceed 4 pages, including references and figures. 

When preparing your camera ready submission please make sure that: 

  1. you adhere to the formatting guidelines of the Springer LNCS template and the 
    paper presentation information instructions. These can be found on the 
    following website:

  2. Please submit all the electronic files, including the source file, .bib file and a compiled pdf version. You can submit a zip file
  3. A copyright agreement is signed by all authors or that it is stated that one author is signing on their behalf. Please submit this through Easychair as an attachment when submitting the new version of the paper. 
  4. When submitting their paper, the authors should allot a corresponding author, who must be available to carry out a proof check of the paper. ( The corresponding author is given 72 hours to check the paper.)
  5. At least one author of each paper should register by January 30, 2017
